Ashok Jain, MD, FAAP, FACPE is a Board Certified Pediatrician with 12 years of pediatric experience and a total of 15 years of clinical experience from 2 continents.

Dr. Jain, a graduate of Kasturba Medical College, India (1993), did his Residency in Pediatrics at New York Medical College/Westchester County Medical Center, Valhalla, NY  from 1995-1998 and subsequently joined Mount Sinai Hospital, Chicago, IL from 1998-1999 as a Chief Resident in Pediatrics.

Consequently, he joined Northwestern University/Childrens Memorial Hospital, Chicago, IL as a Pediatric Cardiology Fellow in July 1999.

Dr. Jain is currently credentialed as an Attending Physician for Pediatrics, Pediatric Intensive Care, and Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Cape Fear Valley Health Care System, Fayetteville, NC.  He is also credentialed for performing Pediatric Flexible Bronchoscopy. He is certified to provide Advanced Trauma Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Advanced Life Support and is a certified PALS Instructor. He is well known to Pediatrics, Family Practice and Emergency Medicine Healthcare providers of Cumberland and its neighboring counties. Dr. Jain is currently licensed to practice medicine in the state of North Carolina.

Dr. Jain has served as faculty for many top universities in USA. He has received many awards and has been recognized by academic and non academic organization for his services rendered to local communities in USA and India. 

Since his introduction to medicine, Dr. Jain has had a desire to give back to the community he grew up in. To shape his dream into reality, Dr. Jain, along with his family, relocated to Bangalore, India in May 2007 to start Indus Westside Hospital.
