			Cinthia Fletcher
					Cinthia Fletcher, MSN, CPNP is a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) with 9 years of pediatric nursing experience, and a total of 15 years general nursing experience. Ms. Fletcher graduated from East Carolina University with a BSN degree in 1988. She then obtained her MSN degree with a focus in Pediatrics as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC in 2002.

			She joined Cape Fear Valley Health Care System in Fayetteville, NC in 2002 as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for their Pediatric Inpatient and Pediatric Critical Care Services. She has more than 5 years of clinical experience in treating infants and children. Ms. Fletcher is a licensed Registered Nurse and Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Carolina. She holds certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and is an active CPR Instructor. Ms. Fletcher has been with Dr Jain since 2002 and with Hope Mills Pediatrics since August 2003.
